  1. Cater for Everyone: Have Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian and other diverse food options, to cater for everyone who visits your club. Having items that fit into many categories, are non-perishable and appeal to everyone, is a great way to reduce waste.
  2. Reduce Waste: Having procedures regarding how much of an item to cook at a time and a time to finish cooking for the day, as well as choosing non-perishable items and eliminating unpopular items are great ways to reduce waste and save money.
  3. Record financial information: make sure to record the bare basics; what money you spent on supplies, how much income you’ve made in a day. Without keeping accurate records, it is impossible to make informed decisions.
