Club Spot is Revolutionising the way we Support Clubs
Club Spot Online Training and Resource Hub is a support system licensed by councils, peak bodies and government agencies and then provided to your grassroots sports clubs as a customised free resource designed specifically to help them grow, strengthen and succeed year on year.
The training and support resources will help to ease the workload for councils, peak bodies and governments by delivering training and support for constituent clubs in a cost-effective, accessible way.
Support your clubs and their volunteers.
The training and resources found at Club Spot will train and support volunteers to effectively run, grow and strengthen their clubs.
Council, peak body and government staff who wish to actively support their clubs may also find this content useful. You can use the training resources we provide as well as adding your own.
As well as the training and resources clubs will also be provided with ongoing monthly email support guiding them through all of the important tasks that need to be completed for their club during that specific time of the season. We provide easy to follow checklists to ensure no job is missed and each task will be linked to the best resource available in the country, to help clubs complete the tasks.
What does your club get with Club Spot?
- Online, accessible, clear and simple training programs.
- Printable tools, resources, templates and checklists.
- Monthly emails containing ‘To do checklists’ of key activities for the month, specific to each club’s season. These are linked to the best available resources in the country.
- A platform that can also host your information for clubs and volunteers to access.
How does Club Spot work?
1. Peak bodies, councils and government agencies subscribe to Club Spot on behalf of your community sports clubs and their volunteers. Packages are great value no matter how many clubs you are looking to support. For all pricing information please contact our ‘National Community Partnerships Manager’ Amanda on amanda@sportscommunity.com.au or (03) 5973 6404.
2. Each of your affiliated clubs will be given a membership that will allow them to register their volunteers. All volunteers will then have unlimited access to all of the resources and training programs, as well as receive monthly guidance and support via email.
3. There is also the option for Club Spot to host any other resources you would like your clubs to be able to access.

Queensland Rugby league - Club Spot in action
QRL Central Division Club Spot
Queensland Rugby League Central Division came to Sports Community with a vision of providing a comprehensive list of resources for the volunteers of their affiliate clubs. Resources that include video, audio, spreadsheet and document formats.
We combined our Club Spot training resources of 24 online training videos with QRL’s training resources and together we built a library of over 60 resources that are now available to the volunteers of QRL Central Division affiliate clubs.
