Brisbane City Council Sponsorship Program

Brisbane City Council Sponsorship Program

Grants - Open grants, QLD Grants

The Brisbane City Council sponsorship program is still open and we welcome requests for sponsorship that use innovative and alternative ways to safely bring projects to the community.

Grant Overview:

Brisbane City Council is working to support the community as we face the challenge of the coronavirus pandemic.

To help reduce the spread of coronavirus, Council is until further notice, unable to accept applications for sponsorships that involve events which do not comply with current Queensland Health and Australian Government coronavirus restrictions.

However, council will accept event applications when the restrictions are lifted and we encourage applicants to check this page regularly for updates.

As with all sponsorship applications, a three month minimum lead time will apply from the date applications are open to ensure there is sufficient time for Council and the sponsored organisation to work together to enhance and promote the project or event.

Requests for sponsorship that comply with current Queensland Health and Australian Government restrictions are still invited.

The Brisbane City Council sponsorship program aims to provide funds or in-kind support to organisations, events and businesses that help make Brisbane a great place to live, work and do business.

Who Can Apply?

Eligible applicants include organisations and businesses.

Consideration will be given to sporting organisations that are holding State, national or international events in Brisbane.

– Provide economic benefit to the city.
