The Bill Raby Diabetes Fellowship’s Community Grants Program aims to support NT-based community organisations in promoting healthier lifestyles and addressing chronic diseases through local projects.

Eligible Applicants include:

  • Incorporated organisations or community groups in the Northern Territory with not-for-profit objectives
  • Aboriginal organisations and non-government organisations
  • Unincorporated community groups partnering with eligible organisations like schools, health centres, or local councils

Funding Available: Up to $5,000 (GST inclusive) for projects enhancing health literacy, knowledge, behavior, or community participation in healthier lifestyles.
