The Regional Precincts and Partnerships Program (rPPP) – Stream One: Precinct development and planning offers grants up to $5 million to help regional communities develop investment-ready precinct plans in collaboration with local partners. This program supports the creation of community-tailored precincts that address specific local needs and themes.
Eligible Applicants include:
- State and Territory governments
- Local governments
- Regional universities
- Not-for-profit organizations, including Indigenous organizations
Funding Available:
- Grants of between $500,000 and $5 million for planning and developing precincts
Additional Information:
- Projects must be completed by 31 March 2026.
- Eligible projects must be located in regional, rural, or remote areas and must not have received Commonwealth funding for the same activities.
