Magpies Community Grants, administered by Magpies Sporting Club, offers financial assistance to local athletes through the Local Sporting Champions Grant. Athletes, coaches, referees, or scorers
Residents of Mackay (6 months post-sporting event)
Individuals who have competed or officiated at a Queensland, national, or international sporting event
Applicants who have not previously received funding under the same tier of the same grant in the same calendar year
