Sporting clubs are a fantastic place to meet new people, form friendships, share experiences and create lifelong memories. However, like many situations in life, sometimes problems or tensions can arise potentially causing inappropriate behaviour or conflict. Parents arguing from the sidelines, coaches disagreeing with one another, athletes frustrated with their teammates; these are just some of the potential situations that can happen within your sporting club leading to conflict and unhappiness.
Your club may have experienced conflict in the past, yet you may not have known how to approach a situation which can create further issues which may affect the overall feeling at the club.
To give you the tools to manage conflict in a fair and consistent way join this Sports Community Webinar to ensure if/when conflict occurs within your club, you feel confident to manage the situation or advise the parties on how to manage the issue.
