The Women & Girls Leadership & Participation Program aims to increase female participation in all aspects of sport such as governance and leadership roles, coaching and officiating and participation. This program is a must for all women or those passionate about increasing female participation in sport.

The program is comprised of leadership and planning webinars to develop leadership capacity, with a focus on developing programs which increase female participation in our sporting organisations. The targeted program will delve into what leadership is, how we find it and how we promote it to benefit our club and how we can get more females active within our sport.

In this series, the following will be covered over the three sessions:

– Develop programs to increase female participation in your club

– What is Leadership

– How do we find Leaders

– How to promote leadership in clubs to encourage more women to participate

Additional Information about the Session:

You can log in to your session 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
This is a great opportunity to check your connection as well as make the most of the time with your presenter and other participants. During this 30 minutes you can ask any questions specific to your club and ensure you get the answers you are looking for.

After the session a recording of the course will be sent to you to view at your leisure. (Please note: Free webinars are not recorded)

For most courses you will not only receive the webinar training but also a worksheet and links to the best resources in the country on your training topic.
