Join us for a three-part webinar series designed specifically to make volunteering easier for sports club volunteers! In this series, you will learn essential strategies and best practices for effective community sports club management.
In this series, the following will be covered over the three sessions:
Part 1: Let us show you everything you need to know to make it easier to run your club including how to create a culture of volunteering, how to create a great club structure and cover off the formal roles and responsibilities of board members and committees.
Part 2: Communication, Marketing and player recruitment: In this session, we will explore various communication channels, including social media and email, and how to create effective messaging. We will also discuss how using these strategies you can create an effective player recruitments strategy.
Part 3: Financial Management and fundraising: Learn how to create and manage a budget, generate income and handle financial reporting. We will also discuss fundraising strategies and ways to effectively manage sponsorships and partnerships

You can log in to your session 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
This is a great opportunity to check your connection as well as make the most of the time with your presenter and other participants. During this 30 minutes you can ask any questions specific to your club and ensure you get the answers you are looking for.
After the session a recording of the course will be sent to you to view at your leisure. (Please note: Free webinars are not recorded)
