For years Teambuilding Australia has been exceeding customer expectations by offering fantastic, memorable events and invaluable team building support. 

Founded in 2004 by Guy Moxley, Team Building Australia was formed to create a unique company to offer team development, conferences, and team building events. Over time we have grown and developed into a thriving, exciting, and dynamic company providing team building services all over Australia and New Zealand.

Our Team

We have an incredibly talented team who work hard to plan, manage, and execute team building events while running day-to-day operations. Our work has been delivered to the Private Sector, the Public Sector and to individuals who want to develop their leadership and team building skills in order to become stronger at what they do.

Program Design

In consultation with the client, we aim to develop a program that fits your need and agenda, goals, and budget. Flexibility, individuality, and creativity are important facets of our program design.

We have created and designed multiple programs to meet the unique requirements of our clients, and follow a defined program design to ensure maximum results.

Program Design Phases Include:

  • Pre program consultation and assessment to gather information about your goals and objectives.
  • Scope design in relation to location, time factors and traits of employees.
  • Create a program idea and co-ordinate to meet your group requirements.
  • Deliver the program at your chosen location.
  • Post program evaluation and review to determine the outcomes

Fee Structure

All events take into consideration pre-planning, pre-work designs and logistical support. Fees are calculated in consultation with client requirements, and are fully inclusive of preparation, planning, professional indemnity, pre-course meetings, as well as full delivery of the program. The fee we quote is the fee you will pay.
