Club Support Help Desk

Many Councils have told us they do not have either the resources, knowledge or time to answer the many enquiries they receive from clubs so we have developed the Club Support Hotline where council can subscribe and have Sports Community provide this first line of enquiry.  Facility related enquiries would continue to go through to Council but all other enquiries could come through to the Sports Community call centre who are very experienced at answering club enquiries (after all it is the only reason we actually exist).  

This service not only the first point of contact for club enquiries but also includes 6 outbound emails in the form of checklists to club Presidents.  These checklists provide a list of tasks which need to be completed or considered at each stage of the season.  This provides support and structure for club volunteers and guides them through the tasks which need to be completed throughout the season.
